Coronavirus (COVID-19)

In view of the declaration of the state of alarm decreed by the Government of Spain and its subsequent extension, AtresHost communicates the following:

1-. All AtresHost employees, suppliers and business partners are working via teleworking since the first week of March due to the escalation of infections.
2-. AtresHost has created a contingency plan to minimize the impact of the crisis unleashed by the Coronavirus.
3-. Essential services for the proper functioning of AtresHost have not been affected, such as server maintenance, support and sales, are still provided with total normality.
4-. To adapt to the current situation, strengthen the attention to our customers and speed up the average response time, the support via chat is immediately suspended. Customer service and support will be provided exclusively through tickets and email.

These measures will be effective until next Monday, June 22. In future communications, we will update the evolution and dates as the Spanish Government decides to extend or not the state of alarm.

All that remains is for us to remain calm and patient, to follow the health recommendations, to maintain confinement, to be responsible, to comply with the requirements of the State and Government Security Forces, to trust that everything will be resolved and that we will all come out ahead, together.
