WHMCS Support

For customers who have contracted a WHMCS license with AtresHost, support through the WHMCS Suport Center is included.

To request support, please remember to include the following information in the ticket:

- Detail the problem as much as possible.

- Take the necessary screenshots so that support can better understand the problem you have.

- WHMCS admin panel login details: URL admin panel, username and password.

The response time from WHMCS is about 3-4 days, but can be extended if there are holidays or weekends in between.

If you want a solution within 24 hours, you can request payment of 35€ per ticket so that it has priority and they respond as soon as possible.
